Yes, too grind is too coarse, tune it more finer.
Have you tried the finest limited ???
If yes, you may consider 600N grinder.
I guess it is cheaper than KG95;
but one thing I think is the performance is better.
You also need a normal basket, please try to contact the agent to buy one.
If you want to have good espresso from 4020.

For espresso, you need to adjust the grind setting to fit your machine.
And after grind for 20 minutes, the coffee nearly lost a lot of THING.
Did you try to adjust your grind setting to the finest ?? ?
If yes, the grinder is not suitable for espresso then.
I tried my best to search your grinder from internet to check, but I couldn't find any.
I guess it is not common, be careful !!

Mazzer Mini is your only choice in City Super ZAMBRA,
other is not good enough or not worth to value.
Sorry, you made a wrong decision to have the grinder there first.
If it can be refund, congratulations.
Since mini, they charge over 4,500 !!
In Hong Kong coffee world, Best buy grinder under $3000- is
1-Faema 600N = $850
Over $3000-
1-Mazzer Super Jolly = $5500
2-900N + SJ burr = $4000??? not sure
3-Mazzer Mini = $4,000 - 4,900.

Actually I doubt the freshness of the bean.
Freshness is very important, it is just like buying fresh food for you meal.
The second is the grinder. I strongly recommend you to buy a decent grinder since grinder is very very important. (for example, feima 600n)
And the third, a rule of thumb, if your espresso comes out too quick, grind the coffee finer next time. Works conversely.
At last, don't attempt to change the dose or tamp at first, both light tamp or hard tamp works despite I advocate light tamping. For dosage, 10-14g for 30cc shot should be enough.

It looks like a normal basket like other machine, of course, the size is smaller for fitting krups. - I guess 7-10 gram coffee for 1 cup in our case,
try to put more coffee due to your grinder's performance.
You have a weight scale ?
Tamper ?
and other accessories ?
Try to get it from Fresh and ask the man for the Skill - he is the master.
