?? should be more even and can grind finer ground for espresso machine.
I am talking about BURR grinder, NOT the cheap Blade burr which costs $100- to $450-.
IMHO, NEVER THINK ABOUT BLADE BURR GRINDER FOR YOU COFFEE, IF YOU REALLY LIKE TO HAVE GOOD COFFEE.
Good Quality hand coffee mill can make very good espresso too.
Some Europe / America coffee lovers use good quality Zassenhaus coffee mill and a hand piston lever espresso maker/ machine to make their perfect cups of espresso.
Result is so good........
