Hello coffeebean,
Milk is cold enough for frothing ?
I always pre cold before froth, put it in the freezer for 10+ minutes.
*But don't let it frozen, of course.
Better put the jug in the freezer too before use.
*Since the steam is not so strong with our home designed espresso machine.
Try to ??? the machine:
Heating up for 18minutes and flush it 2-3times from the
group head and steam wand too, 1st time 25-30sec.
2nd time and 3rd time for 10sec.
**make sure it filled up with water before doing that.
Then turn on the steam button and off immediately to release the false gas 1-2times,
let the boiler activate again and off automatically.
This time should be hot enough.
I guess you may not have enough steam.
Best steam performance machine: Gaggia new Twin Baby.
