em, for home and small office, there are not much differences.
*** If both are rotarary pump in model, your Epoca S1 is tank ??
If tank model, steaming perforance must be better than small home machines due to its boiler size and power.
Making espresso temperature is more stable; but good or better ?
I think may be the best Espresso I ever make are 4020 + Feima in Fresh wor... The 2nd or 3rd shot from 4020...
For a non professional person --> me --> bib, the refurbished clean La Cimbali Domus Classic helps me to make stable good espresso with any good grinder, latest Faema home machine still using same parts inside.
Only I don't like the vibe pump sound.
Yr machine I suggest you turn it on for at least 30+mins before use and do some flushing before making and testing any shot.
Making sure all run in and warm up...
Thats why some commerical machine, the cafe turns the machine on for 24/7/30/12/365... Think about any part is cool, you should not satisify with it.. ??
Practice more !! and Grinder is the most important things.
Beans --> Grinding and Water --> The Person --> Machine come final...
Hope I am right to the piority of my own feelings.
End up as I guess before many serious lovers Eureka + 4020...
Prosumer machines, good, I like Speedster very much but if once thinking to clean it daily after you made less than 10shots and the bill of the electricity, not so very good.
***Now you have a good enough espresso machine for home, thinking a good grinder, Mazzer SJ, Eureka little brother or a more serious grinder $10000-12000...

nobody share lever in HK ar.
Lever / Spring Lever piston espresso machines are not heat stable machine ?? I am still finding the reason why some best cafe using spring lever machine; may be it is the most comfortable espresso.
Comfortable; a hard to explain word.
Linear, GS3 paddle, Speedster or Spring lever Piston ??
By the way, it is possible to apply any liscence to have a tiny paggio or small coffee truck here ??
