Home grinder which can get it from retailer easily here:
This Eureka MCF almost best in HK market:
1- Eureka MCF -> 2- Mazzer SJ/ Mini E A -> 3- kitchenaid / 600N -> 4- R???y. Something I should miss...
Grind evenly is a good grinder with less heat produced.
Build quality also important la after grind quality.
Step less grind setting also a good function.
Go to fresh, buy 100-200g beans for testing their 3-4 grinders to know which is the best grinder. |

Spec, hard to know wor, even read the SPEC, you must think R_S better than Krups 4020 gor wor,
read more review and best way is find some good retailer as Fresh to test and ask more,
***more expensive doesn't mean with better performance.
I get the result by making espresso there without any information...

Eureka MCF still is the best under your list.
 If $ + Size doesn't matter, I guess can have one more Versalab M3,
one Robur, one Mahlkonig K 30 Chrome
may be Conical Macap + Compak K10 WBC.
Cimbali MAX with same type of burr with M3 if you like... JOKING.
Please update me, if I miss some best grinders.
Ken, good enough ga la, otherwise, not you enjoy it. Its tools play you ar... as me 
MCF, good enough and with best value + size !!
Try to make few shots with the 4 different grinders with shing.
Then have the FAIR result yourself.
***Don't trust me ar, since I make best shot with 4020 in Fresh;
never have one with R_S, nobody believe $700 machine better than a $4k-5k espresso machine.

i will go to visit landy when i go back to hk.
i am now using an australian grinder, the sunbeam one
but i want to upgrade it
that's why i'm so interested in it.

I missed smth that there is PERU beans hard to make good espresso I am looking for...No more supply la... ...
Really really thank shing intro and try with me before.
please also ask shing which bean is hard to make good espresso to test the grinder would be better for you / us to get it much happier.
If time is ok, please let me know, I want to try it with you and wongyl together... if it is possible to make a detail review and small function in Fresh if possible and welcome with Landy... Not sure, may arrange this wor...
