The site you quoted is only a summary of articles which mentioned Trilobite. Trilobite's own web page was down for quite a while.
The idea of gathering different blends is good but there are other variables which affect the taste e.g. updose / underdose tamping pressure etc. I would rather visit the cafes I like in person.
