Hi Boblam, I tried the google translation and ..... 
I wrote the english version for you, not really good but I think at least better than google.
1. Jeanlook Café
As I found that most of the renowned specialty cafés I known are not close to common tourist spots, The Jeanlook cafés is one of my limited choices to be visited along my travel. It is close to the Din Tai Fung Xinyi Restaurant, within 10 min walk. Jeanlook got the top No.4 in the 2008 vote of Taipei favorite Café, and has ever been introduced in some Hong Kong tourist books. My GF and I arrived there at about 5:00pm on the Sunday, it is half-full mainly by the locals. The shop has a decant decoration and mainly provides filter drip coffee, along with espresso and related beverages. They offer 10 coffee blended and 10 plus single origin beans. As the drinklist is long and every bean is with a literate description, it puzzled us a while. The young barista thus actively came to our table and asked for our favored taste, then made recommendation and let us to smell the recommended beans. Finally we taste:
- Wings of Desire: Drip, strong aroma and silky body
- Classic V.21: Drip and Espresso, complex and balanced favor, I like the drip one more. (according to their description, the blend is mixed by 7 estate beans, and they had created 21 different mix ratios ( that is why it is called v.21) and tested by blind tests to determine the final one)
The price is not cheap, Drip costs me NT$250 each and Espresso NT$130. The barista will do the drip right on your table so I guess most of the money goes to the labour fee. I seen that the roasting room is behind the cashier, during the boss (or roaster) was introducing the membership system. Member can get 30% discounts, but not so useful to me as a tourist. ( Remark. The visit has switched my GF to Drip from French press)

2. Fung Tai Café and Luho Café
These 2 cafes are local on the same street in the Shi Men Ting, next to one and other and with similar shop decoration, so they just look like a pair of brother. Apart from the café business, they also sell coffee tools and roasted beans. The layout is 2 to 3-storey, old-fashioned and comfortable, and their roasting machine is right in the shops at the ground level. As I found them accidentally and I took them as the place for my breakfast rather than coffee tasting, they actually are ones of the reputable historic cafes after I searched the web when I was back. We tried the iced coffee by dutch dripper (of Fung Tai, too sweet due to the cream topping), as well as house blend (of Luho) and single origin beans (Kona of Fund Tai and Blue Mountion of Luho, NT$150-180, by syphon I guess), generally we tasted the fruity and acidity (sorry I don't have good taste buds to describe in detail...). During my visits, I felt that most of the drinkers are usual customers, and it seems that it was just their daily activities to enjoy a cup of coffee. The cafes may not be the type of the so-called specialty café, but over there I could really feel the Taiwan coffee tradition.
