No problem.
To enjoy espresso, the cup of espresso should be consumed as soon as possible so as to get the taste of the crema.
To use the espresso for making other coffee drinks such as caffe latte, some of the crema would collapse. But this doesn't affect the quality of the coffee drink. Instead, it is easier to make latte art when less crema is present. |
