Hello coffeebean,

The coffee shop called My Coffee located in TST Ashley Rd.
Closed in 2004. Johnny is the owner.
I don't know Master Chicken before too.
** I really want him to teach latte art.
I think Johnny still remember me since I make some funny record there and I am one of his bad & old customers.
3 biggest cafe(s) in town. I like Mc best, 2nd PCC then 3rd SBs.
Mc keeps highest standard, they always throw beans when it left the pocket for half / an hour I forgot.
Or has been grind for 20-30 minutes that other 2 would not do it.
Mc increases total 25% sales of coffee worldwide last year that SB has a strong competitor I think.

?? is good too, since they do much on the favor.
Honestly, hard to keep good stable espresso...for cafe or coffee shop.
Even the best cafe in town I experienced, they are doing commercial cups and Hong Kong really does not have many/enough coffee lovers continuously for them to make espresso and grind the beans.
So, it happens and why we need to DIY perfect cups ourselves.

I do not know there is a NEED / chance to make profit to have an upstairs cafe in town due to NOT many good cafe actual make descent perfect cups. As we know 99.9% upstairs cafe sells games and environment or other gimmick. so...
