1- Agree + pre-infusion easier.
2- Every people do their own way, some Japan high hand drip drip drip drip drip no water column ... PRE-INFUSION.
3- Argee + its my guess.
4- Argess, depends on your roast level.
5- consistence and stable. Finish the whole drip about 90sec ? around 90 sec. I guess. |
