interestingly, i need to grind finer for the yirg to get all the flavours described by the reviewer instead of coarser as the yirg was roasted darker than my usual beans,,,
gonna try using lower water temp to see if it gets better or not:)
yup. 86"C for expobar 2 gives better results in terms of acidity and "cleanliness " _________________

I also find the Yirga taste better in a lower temp and finer grind, the favour is clearer with pressure profiling as well. |
