too expensive for me la, manual operation is easy repair than computer control. 3.5L and dual boiler is very attractive, but for commerce, my first things to consider is stable, easy to fix, recover the machine as soon as possible.
this machine use 2 pid control, so ???????+/- 0.3f?, dont mind 0.3 or 1 degree, just the number. |

agree, 0.3f is equal to 1f,
but just when the machine cannot maintain the temp (temp drop about 1-2f)
in my opinion, 0.3f will make big difference when the machine can keep the temperature very stable.
any home machine, PIDed silvia included, i don't think it can reach this degree, an HX is the baseline.
(sorry  , i've read and read the bench view of Home-barista.com many times..)
and, the 2 pid control is controlling seperately, the brew and steam boiler
i agree your point, the repairing of manual operation is easier than to repair computer control
