Very strong aroma this time!!

Espresso and latte: chocolaty, mid, lack of acidy, a bit charred, crema is ok but less than my expectation

water drip: balance, great body, very easy & comfort to drink, but lack of depth and dimension

Bean:
'06 New Crop
- Brazil Cerrado - 125g
- Colombian Popayan Suprumo - 62.5g
- Guatemala Antigua "Uni Trade" - 62.5g
= Total 250g

Time: Total 11-12mins

Detail:
- Pre-heat @220C
- 1st Crack@7'30"min - 180C
- 2nd Crack@11'30"min - 225
- Drop at the start of 2nd crack

i watched the curve, 12 minutes is very enough for that type of roaster.
the temperature begin at 100 degree is too low, you can control the temperature raise up at 140, it becomes more crema and body, because... tell you later, lazy typing, try try first.
