1.I bought a ??? last week and wonder how often I should clean the grinding blade?

2. I use dark chocolate blend and tried a few setting and found 1.8 is perfectly for my 4050. However, I switch to my home roast bean yesterday (full city +) and use the same setting but the 4050 gone stop after a few drop came out (I think too much presure and trigger 4050's safety device). Should I change setting to suit different bean?
