if you suspect it's a grinder's problem.. can you take a photo of your finest grind and post it up here?
but i suspect it's your temper.. or amount of powder is too little.. use 16g.

I don't get it,
can you explain?
I think that even if a tuned-in extraction, it will taste bad and bodyless, in stall beans.

it is ok to use any beans for figuring out the problem with the extraction.. not the taste of course..you can still get a reasonable configuration with stale beans..while no need to waste any good beans for it...

The most important thing is that, to keep the amount of coffee you put in(dose) constant, and follow the rule, if the flow speed is faster than 25sec 30cc, change the grind to a finer notch. This works conversely.
