Hi guys,
What do you think of this Sunbeam grinder? How does the specifications sound to you? Does this price (ard HK$1300) sound reasonable?

Do you think it would be better off for me to get a Rocky instead?

The spec/price proportional is wonderful.
However, there is a fatal problem.
The burr set is held by some kind of "black plastic", so the coffee ground would not be even.

if you really want to buy a rocky, i suggest you modify it to stepless

I haven't used, however I've one saw the internal, and it was more well built than the rocky.
The infinite adjustment function which the rocky don't have is a plus.
BTW, only for the flat burr.
The conical model uses the same method as Sunbeam.

but if i use this i'd sweep out those after grinding.

no.
they say it's impossible by sweeping.
only method is to grind new beans and push the stale ones out
that's why i gave up, i thought it's a great substitute for rocky...

SORRY, I personally do not like the plastic construction at all. SORRY.
Better price to have more worst quality.
Better spend a little bit more to have Rocky...?
Better resell price when upgrade in the future??
