"...When the needle in the gauge is between 1 and 1.5 bar of pressure, you are ready to steam."
So, if the boiler pressure gauge shows <0.9, your boiler's pressure is too low to produce powerful stream.
The stream boiler pressure is directly related to the boiler's water temp., and in HX, the brew water is heated by stream boiler. Therefore, you may find your the brew temp is lower than normal and result in more soar taste coffee.

1gr 2boiler means 1 group head 2 boilers
