Is there anything wrong with my taste bud? 
I taste Salty with my Espresso this morning and last night..
I am currently using Mocca Harra.
Is it time to deep clean my espresso machine?  |

i found that too ar if machine decrease +/- 6 degree when brewing. i modified the roasting profile lately, more caramel taste, decrease original taste ar. no much people like original ar........
i roast another batch for you. ^^ |

Shing Gor,
Did you modify the roasting profile for New Gulinea too (27/6 production)??
I tune down the temperature to 208 and 210 degree F and grind it fineras I discussed with you earlier. It came out with very much crema but the taste is a bit strenge. I don't know how to tell but just not as it used to be. I may bring it back to you to try try later this week if you don't mind.  |
