dear landy,

I got a bag of raw bean, gift from a friend who brought it back from south american.

Normally I could you roast it. However there is a (dry) skin outside of each bean.

My question is how one suppose to take this dry skin off ? or simply ignore it and roast as there is no skin?

Thanks but I can't wait further ... last night I put them in oven (210C) to toast them, bean with skin all together. It turned out quite a disaster -- deeply burn out with shit smile etc.

I need to 2nd-think what to do with them, before borther you.
