Hi coffee fans,
I just bought an espresso machine yesterday (Delonghi EC750) and got the following:
1) The Instant Froth Function is great. Very Creamy, convenient
2) I use Lily gound coffee. I tried to make 2 cups using the double filter with 1 spoon of coffee. Press it with the tamper provided (I know that is no good). The water drip quite fast, and the color of the drop turned light after 8-10 sec. The coffee taste was then very light/weak.
How can I do it better? What tools I should buy to make it better (Tamper....etc).

Thanks a lot.
I believe that I should go for a tamper 1st. After I almost finished the Lily grounded coffee. I will buy a grinder.
By the way, any recommendation for fresh bean in TST or MK area? Not much time to go far way. |

you can purchase it on line, and tell Landy send to you by mail wor~ no need to to North Point..... if you no time....  |
