Remove the burr and the screws and use the coffee cleaner power

w/ hot water to sink it for few hours and brush, Dry it and put it back...
*** When order or roast beans , try to not order TOO dark roast to reduce oil from the beans. Beans also releases oil when keep it too long...
For me, before beans release oil is the roast I like.
Or order this from overseas online shop for easier cleaning - no need to disassembly the burr or anything:

The * 's new toy which in his shop is the best grinder for home I think.
Commercial burr and construction for life time use... GOOD !!!
