Mong Kok ???, at places where they sell kitchen wares. They have tampers for sell. not the best quality out there but it surely does the job

i have 2 tampers, one flat and one curved.
flat one got it from BJ sheungwan, curved one in pemberton building sheungwan.
the stock 58mm is usually bit smaller than your filter's ring. for precise tamping you will need to custom made yours. either via landy or RB website.
prices may vary from HKD1xx - 1xxx

What is the difference between flat and curved surafce in view of functionality? |

flat one allows the water evenly distribute on the coffee puck.
curved one forces water to go through the middle of the coffee puck.
the idea is to get the coffee evenly extracted. it's pretty much personal preferences.
