coffee forum, ?????, ?????, fresh coffee beans and tea house

I m working in wanchai, tried "Coco espresso","rabbit hole" and "cupping room" before. Coco espresso is no moved to a new smaller shop and dont really do hand drip as good as before. "rabbit hole" closed down few months ago. "cupping room" is not really my cup of coffee. But few months ago, my frd brought me to a tiny cafe call "n.o.t. special coffee. they do very nice hand drip, very consistence quality and their beans are raosted by a korea raoster then ship to hk. everytime they offer 4 to 6 different beans, all are very high quality and unique favours. their staffs are very trained and serve u wholeheartedly. they will serve u with 3 different glasses. 1 big glass for u to smell the fragrance(aroma), 1 midium glass and 1 small shot glass for different tasting, just like the wine tasting. and the most important thing is they charge u slightly cheapter than the other cafe. so i really enjoy their coffee. hope they can successfully survive.
