you should buy an electronic Strada espresso machine, all other machine definitely NOT suitable for you due to such machine's pressure meter not 100% accrate for you to read.
these are reference meters for nominal use
you need a LM Strada machine or modify your machine with Lab standard meter for 100% accurate reading.
Turn the machine off , release the boiler pressure; you know the nonsense thing people asked too.
*** group gauge reach 9bar , due to coffee distributing on filter,
nothing is ????
thermostat must reach 90degree ?????
your ground and distributing must make good espresso when you have a commercial espresso machine ?????
thousand factors make changes.
A good professional barista even does not need a thermometer for drop coffee. |
