4020 or evolution.. depends on price... if it is the same.. I would go for evo..
as for the grinder.
I found this one from some uk espresso shop website..
I heard from coffeegeek.. this machine seems great but suspectable on reliability...

the Cubika seems ok.. but.. two problems. 1. only 700 watts (evo and other giggias are 1100).. i dunno how it will affects the espresso or milk frothing quality.. 2. boiler are smaller.. temperature drops more rapidly .. and they give you a aluminum porterfilter instead of a brass one.. it cools faster..(but if you cut the bottom off.. that won't be an issue anymore)
if available .. go look for some other giggias.. like giggia coffee, espresso pure.. they are almost identical to the evo..
????????espresso??
that's a very complicated subject matter.. but I give you a simple answer: stable and variable pressure and temperature.. and no design flaws.

Try some coffee forum or ?Bay to find a good condition 2nd hand grinder:
e.g. Mazzer SJ or mini, I am not sure the price fits your budget.
HKD$900- for a ??? 600N + shipping to U.K. I am not sure is a good solution for you.
