hello all i hv just got a 4020 from a member here.
I would like to know when to stop "one shot" of a espresso, say 15g grounded beam i am using?
is it a rule or just by observing the drip rate or color or something?
And can any master shows some pictures about how fine the grain is more or less suitable for a espresso? I live tooo far to get to landy so i ask this stupid questions here.

General guideline is to control your shot to give 30ml in ~25-30 seconds...
Remember, this is just a guideline. For actual quality of the espresso, you need to observe the color and flow (that's why your portafilter should be 'cut open' or 'naked'). _________________ http://www.ratemyrosetta.com/profile.php?id=2516 |
