I'm not sure anyone have the same problem with their 4020, but my machine have huge leaking problem even with the new ?? or ????. (I have changed the ?? 2 times already)

The grinder level is on 2.5 only, medium tamp, please have a look at the below video:

Please advise is it my skill problem or really the machine letting me down

Sorry to hear that. It definitely looks like a machine problem. The brewing looks fine until the sudden burst of water from the seal. Advise you to bring it back to the service centre for check up.

Not related to the grinder and the grind level. Even if you have a grind level which is too fine and blocking the whole thing, it should not leak like that.

Or you should try to clean up the group head especially the rubber seal to see if it improves.

Sorry to see the distressful problem.
I think it's no way to fix the problem on your own and so better to have manufacture technician to mend.

I m a 4020 owner, also and do appreciate its work.

Everyone, thank you for your valuable advices. Is good to hear that it is not my brewing problem and it the machine instead.

I believe I need to bring the 4020 back to the service centre, to have a indepth check after all.

To chobitsken: what is a ???

To mtx-4: I do clean the ground head and seal, and thats my first thought initially, but unfortunelately, is not that which make the leaks.
