how long? how deep?
full city roast, weight loss about 16%, fully body.
over roast, body will be thin.

here is the list of weight loss, you can check it out after roasted.
cinnamon roasted = around 13%. for cupping and tasting.
american roasted = around 14%. first crack begin, you can smell a little bit coffee flavor include tiny aroma flavor, acid flavor from the roaster.
city roasted = around 15%. sharp aroma flavor, if you like much aroma flavor, city is a good choice.
full city roasted = around 16%. aroma flavor no stronger than city, fully body.
full city roasted plus = around 16.5. heavier body, someone said its "complicate, complex....", i dont like it, waste arabica coffee beans,... sorry talk to much.
