I think so. Better ask Shing directly.
BTW, I need to move house suddenly that I can't take the lesson in the coming weeks. 
I will take the August one.
And, Alvin I read that you are using Huky 300 roaster, is it difficult to use and buy one? thx. |

Huky300 is great! simple and easy to use~
however, since it's simple as an mechanics camera, I am still learning to improve the cleaning problem, smoky in my open kitchen and constant roasting profile~

BTW, just finish house-moving and check the the forum, and find that so many Bros are interested in the roasting class. I can join the coming August one (on Wed) but if some Bros like organize another one and I can join in as well. |
