If the water is soft enough .
Brita filter jug is good enough in HK.
The heating performance still good.
Descale is NOT needed.
Gaggia Descaler should be the most user friendly in HK and no need to care about what material your machine is. Try SOGO to find it !!
Follow the instruction to do it.
