From the photo I found your oven has a rotary function.Why don't you make a drum like this

To avoid dropping of temperture. Don't open the oven door.
Crank up the oven to 250C all the way through the roasting.

coz i lost my rotating stick....i am trying to self-make the stick, but it takes time as i am not an expert, lol

Self make the roasting stick Shocked Are you kidding? It won't be easy.
I have an oven thermometer. It showed the highest temp at 250C setting was only 21XC so it won't burn the beans.

I am thinking of a red wine cork + triangle hanger
sculp the cork to square shape to fit in the roasting machine, and cut the hanger wire as the stick, lol
not sure if this works, but i will try~

Do you mean i can heat up the roaster all the way to max power till the end, instead of raising the heater up slowly?

Coz i am a newbie newbie, i am not sure what tamp can the bean endure. If 21X is low enuf, i will try next time.

You may be able to buy some metal chopstick to do it.

Yes, pre heat the oven to its highest temp before you put the drum in. Then cross your arms, wait and listen to the 1st/2nd cracks. The actual temp inside the oven fluctuates a lot because the heaters go on and off very often and it's no good to the roasting but you can't do anything to avoid it.
The drum I am using is 5" diameter and 6" in length. When it roasts 150g of beans, it takes about 18 mins. When it roasts 300g, it takes more than 30 mins to finish. So I recommend not roasting more than 150g at a time for this specific drum I made.

In oven roasting. I just simply finish the roasting by the timing of 2nd crack. For example, I usually unload the beans 15 seconds after the 2nd crack begins but if you find the coffee not strong enough you may let the beans crack for a llittle longer( don't burn the beans). You should unload the beans as fast as you can then let them cool down as soon as possible
(<4mins).
