beans - 18g , landy's ?????????(Indonesia Gold Top Mandheling)
extraction - 30-40ml
extraction time - 25 sec
when the espresso tastes sour , does it imply anything ? not enough pressure ? flow being too quick ? please advise some potential causes that i can look into. thanks ! |

Two possible reasons:
1. a bit coarse
2. temperature a bit low |
