Had been visited Coffee Sweet last weekend.
Tasted a cup of this coffee brewed with syphon at 81C.
Bought 1 kg at NT1,350. Roasted 60s into 1st crack.
Tasted with foral and lemon. May try 2 min into 1st crack next time.
