I'm with you on this...
However, this is always the issue those poop coffee seller claims, ie you haven't tried how do you know, etc. This is parallel to those who said, "1 month roasted coffee - so what, why not two months, three months"...

So, this is more of a story/folklore over cup quality. If this is the case, poop coffee is similar to Bose sound system, more air than reality. |

Actually, I did email this guy regarding his products and would like him to follow up on his post here last week... No answer on this webboard and total silence from this guy on my email.
No matter how truthful, good, honest he will be in real life, this does not convey a goodwill on his part as a seller of an expensive coffee. It sounds like he hides away, afraid of being loss or something. Since the postings, he acts just like another spammer, too bad as he could turn out to be a very good guy too but this is the way he chose to be.
Just some tidbits, from what I heard, it sounds like he should take coffee courses with Shing/Landy to learn more about what he talked about. |

Seriously, Mr. Yeung or MAHARAJA or whatever name you post over the internet, I think Shing won't mind if you join his coffee appreciation class
It is organized with an officially recognized organization called The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups. Here's the detail and I suggest you start at the very first course

The course is HK$500/2classes so that's more than a fair deal for the coffee sample you want to charge Shing on testing your coffee for your own benefit.
I hate to lose the person with a strong determination like you to something irrelevant and would rather see you develop into a coffee lover that sells coffee than just a spammer who posted it all over the internet. It degraded the value of your products and you yourself. Please don't do that and there's some time for a young person like you to know the world of coffee. |
