Picked up this hobby about a month ago and have bought many different coffee beans from different places! Have finally tried the freshly roasted coffee bean from Landy today. Oh my! It's night-and-day difference!!! Suspect Landy has added some washing power to the coffee beans during the roasting process...  How come there is so much crema? Just love it!!!
