does anyone know if there's any thermometer kit for gaggia classic ? i would like to manipulate more on the brew temperature but currently i'm just rough guessing it and obviously it's not very accurate.

fellow classic please share your views / experiences in temperature control.

i'm to see the brew temp curve, it drops dramatically (8-10c) once it starts. seems like there's nth much to do about it but to have a pre-heating chamber. obviously i try not to go into that , it's too much work.

what do u guys think ? what do u do to manipulate brew temperature ?
