Q1, go to SOGO and check with the Gaggia promoter is best solution.
Q2, Gaggia Classic ALMOST one of best machines of home brand machine NOT included OEM E61 group head prosumer machines and GS3; Gaggia makes best home sized machine. If you have a Robur grinder, Gaggia won't let you disappointed with your cup of coffee.
Q3, 93 is a temperature, should use a thermometer to check.
Good espresso needs Good, Fresh and correct roasted coffee beans, correct pressure, water temperature and Batista Skill to make it.

if want to find the answer from the cake, GS3 also not appropriate to do such job at home, Strada may be just ok or also not.
roasting level, grinding , dosing, kind of coffee, freshness, tamping , pressure , temperature all are issues of making espresso.
internal and external issues , some more may be missed.
Please remind me if there is/are anything missing.

*million post here , the S machine pipes too long PID just make the owner happier. Most Stable and Ideal way to me is having a multi boiler machine.
each group has additional individual boiler for it.
Another issue is thinking about pre-infusion.
