I just bought the i-Roast 2 but a little disappointed . I tried to set different profile say lower temp but the out come is the same. The bean become brown at about 5 min and dark brown at about 6 min. Anyone tried this roaster and have the same experience . I heard from Landy that the bean is better be roasted for about 8 min for a good result. [/b]

The I-Roast is a hot air roaster, it is normal to get dark brown beans in 6 min in my knowledge.

The major point is I can not make any control. Even I set the temp to the lowest (160 degree), the roaster will still go up to 190 - 200 then the bean became dark in 5 - 6 min.
