KCKC, I guess it's a drip machine, not an espresso machine, no way to warm up.

V3, one question, how long does it take to brew a cup of coffee? You mentioned the beans were ground at pacific coffee, maybe they ground it too fine, so it took to long to brew which leads to the coffee not hot, did you told the staff that you're using a drip machine with "V" shaped filter?
