tonight, i ate one "new batch" Formosa bean.........
Very Sweet inside..... however, i dont know why the aroma of the espresso is not as strong as last time....

by the way, i ate 5 more just now....haha.....

yes.. the new batch is a bit less on aroma.. but have chocolate favor and heavier body.. awesome when you use it as espresso or espresso blend.

if you want to have more of the brighter character. you can try to roast a bit lighter..
