Wonder why there's nobody from Hong Kong as there's one from China, Thailand and Taiwan.

I accidentally saw the Thai barista on some Thai coffee webboard. While I think she tries, she's not that material, yet. I guess there's always be next year as I think the skill will develop more and there's lots more of cafe opening in Thailand, particularly in Northern Thailand like Chiangmai where most of the coffee are grown
