seiyapicasso: For office coffee, blending coffee is another way to add more depth and save some $.
I like Sumatra Mandheling Full City for body, Antigua Guatemala City for acidity and Colombia Supremo Full City+ or French for smokiness/bitter sweet. All in equal part. It's quite good for all day drinking and great with dessert. It was one of the blend Counter Culture used in supplying one of its restaurant which was disclosed a long long time ago (not any more now on their website). I think you can substitute some coffee, particularly the french roast Colombia for some less expensive central/south america beans and should roughly maintain the taste. (I never tried though)
