should be the 2nd floor (one floor under the office lobby), drop in after a customer meeting, I seldom drink coffee in SB, only apple juice or lemonade, but I "need" the caffeine before the next meeting

ordered a Americano, to my suprise, it taste good good balance between the sweet and bitter, just the right temperature (it was always over heated), SB???

Didn't notice who was making my coffee, need to try again...

You got to be kidding.. the last time I drank Americano in starbucks was like a large cup of black bitter water to me!!!
