Is this good for beginner?
Where to buy and how much in Hong Kong?

Thx for your advice.
Any grinder has smaller size. How about manual grinder? Seems smaller. I checked with this forum, basically, those few hundred automatic grinders are rubbish.
besides, I need to get "permission" for the size and outlook of product.
To be honest, I choose Giggia New baby is just because the appearance. |

A decent manual grinder for espresso is quite expensive, like those fro Zassenhaus which costs the same as Feima 600N that Fresh carries.
Also, you will need lots of elbow grease before you get a cup, not very fun at all particularly 1st thing in the morning.
I think Landy carries some grinder you could check it out. Also, if you want to make sure, carries your espresso gear to have a test at her place. Let her know first when you'll be coming so you could arrange for the time. |

Electric BURR best value grinder Eureka MCF is the best model to me; Size also the BEST !!
Feima 600N is a better budget choice.

But if you don't want to spend that much:
I would prefer modified Krups 4020 + Eureka MCF or Feima 600N.
But Gaggia + Eureka should be the perfect match here.
By the way, Gaggia's boiler needed to be descaled with Gaggia descaler;
Others NOT recommended. The material NOT brass !
*So, I recommended you have great softener for the water and greater filter for it.
