I have bought it from Pokka Cafe also.
But the staff there teach me with another method....

1. Fill in hot water
2. Add the coffee
3. Heat the hot water
4. Count for about 45 second. in the mean while, stur it when the coffee get wet....and let it b4...
5. remove the fire after about 45 seconds. There is very few water in the lower deck at that moment.
6. enjoy the coffee

and they make the coffe for their customer in this way too.
So I would like to know if there are different methods with syphon?
I drink coffee for many years but just start to learn how to make coffe. thanks a lot!

I just follow the ingredients they told, 8-10cc powder, 150 cc water, but for the stir time, I think I apply for double, 80 seconds, and I use wet towel to wrap around the lower flask in order to speed up the flow rate from top to lower flask. Otherwise the coffee will become bitter. I don't know the method is good or not, anybody can help? Please!!!
