The latte in the Pacific Place shop is pretty OK.

Scary! 
One time I went to the one at Prince's Building ... standing at the bar ... like in Italy, well so far so good, until I saw how they made the Latte. Well, frothing milk to be exact.
The waiter frothed the milk using that rod baked with old, burnt milk for who knows how many centuries?! I asked in awe "How come you don't wipe the rod clean?" The answer was "it makes the cloth stinks". OMG!! I almost fainted!! Very simple, Cova is a restaurant, right? Doesn't it have a sink? Yes, of course, right there in the corner! I have never been there ever since. Would you like to imagine "????cova ????" |
