Are your beans fresh?
I am not good at dripping, but I always get a lot of bubble if the beans are freshly roasted (within 7 days) and ground just before the brewing. |

Are your beans fresh?
I am not good at dripping, but I always get a lot of bubble if the beans are freshly roasted (within 7 days) and ground just before the brewing. |

In addition, I used 26-30g for 350ml (I think the weight:liquor ratio = 1g : 10-17ml, up to personal taste) and get pretty good expansion. Since you have already used 28-30g, so apart from adjusting your brewing temperature as recommended by the upper CHing, maybe you can also try to adjust your grind size (say, coarser). Mine is approximate to ?? size.
Just my 2 cents. |
