The quality by home oven is far behind the Fresh product. but for fun, it is still good to buy a small batch for a trial.
don't know what type of your oven. If it has a rotating function, you need to buy a drum. If not, you need to do it manually. Search this forum, there were some relevant previous posts.
230c is not high, so it may be difficult to reach 2nd crack, I advise setting the temp at max once start.
Also think think how you can cool down the bean, and clear the chaff.
