office and lever 1 is quite similar.. both single boiler..... office is a bit smaller and i think the grouphead has a small difference.. I tasted both... result is very similar too.. but I think lever 1 is better..

lever 2 is a double boiler machine.. the espresso taste more precise because the water temperature is way more stable.. bit more expensive of course..

all of them can use water tanks..

if you are not really a espresso drinker.. then lever 1 is good enough.. but if you are serious.. lever 2 is the best machine you can find at the 10000 - 40000 price range I guess. next up in range might the la mazocco commerical single group (FB?) and I am not sure it is better.
