If you start at 92.5C, you will end up about 2-3 degree lower when it is actually brewing. You can try up the temperature a bit to like 94-5C.
Usually takes me a couple shot to determine the right temperature for the blend.

You are basically choking the filter to boost the flavor. It is not necessary a bad shot but you need to know you will have to change the initial temperature for a slower flow. Also cut the shot in like 20-25 second then you will get a really condensed shot. Not all blend will work well with this technique. The really sour beans don't work that well. Have fun.
